Day One, or One Day?

Fat Loss? Toning? Getting Stronger? Struggling to keep up with your kids? Whatever your reason is we have the solution. Getting started is the hardest part. Everyone has good intentions but we just don’t know how to get the ball rolling. We offer classes at 5am, 6am, 530pm, and 630pm to accommodate your busy schedules.

These group classes are for everyone. No experience is required. Let our skilled coaching staff instruct you on proper movement patterns and get you heading in the right direction to accomplishing your fitness goals. Everyone will receive first class coaching in a fun group environment!

This class time is FREE for everyone. Start your weekend off right! Bring a friend and challenge yourselves to a partner workout. Flying solo? Come on in anyways! We will find you a new friend

If you answered yes to any of these questions than CrossFit Hold Strong is for you. We offer the ultimate total body fitness that combines cardio, body weight movements, and aspects of weightlifting. Workouts are 100% scalable to accommodate all fitness levels.  

Classes are one hour in duration and will take you through a proper warm-up, detailed instruction and explanation of the WOD (workout of the day), the WOD itself, and lastly a cool-down.
